Joe Jaeger receives Michael Golden Trophy for Champion racer for 2009 from Stephen Poulos.

Steve Poulos, manager of the ASI racing program, presents the Michael Golden Trophy for the 2009 Experienced Racer of the Year to Joe Jaeger (left). Joe not only achieved the best overall season score for 2009 among intermediate and experienced racers, but did so as an Intermediate racer. By winning three or more races as an Intermediate racer, Joe achieved the Experienced Racer level during the 2009 season. Joe served as Race Chairman in 2009, responsible for managing all race events and leading the race rules committee.

Michael Golden, shown in the center, was honored for his long and dedicated service to the ASI Interlake racing program by naming the new Experienced Racer of the Year trophy after him.

Congratulations to Joe and Michael for their outstanding accomplishments!
